Special Hotel rates for Texas River Marathon

• City of Victoria Grant: Again this year the Safari has a grant with the City of Victoria that documents those attending the Texas River Marathon and/or the Calhoun’s Gator Chase. So, please consider staying in Victoria hotels or B&B’s on May 3,4 & 5. Every contestant that races must fill out a hotel survey online or at the race site. Please be sure to complete the survey as this will affect the amount of funds awarded to the Safari.  The survey will be posted online about a week before the race. 

• Cautionary Note: If you are on a team, each team member should record only those “hotel nights” for you, your family or friends. Each team member should not record “hotel nights” for others team members that fill out a survey.  Each team member should not duplicate numbers recorded by other team members.  We hope to have agreement from several Victoria hotels that give a special a special rate in the near future- Stay tuned.
